Poppy pup

Next ready to be adopted is Poppy (was Daisy)

Poppy is around 8mths old and is a malti-poo.

She is very nervous and came in with an ex breeding bitch. She has not been socialised until coming into our lovely foster Rachel.

Again, Poppy will need a quiet home, preferably with some children but over 10 years, who will not overwhelm her and let her have her own space.

She is so young and will need lots and lots more confidence building, new adventures and a life without the restrictions she’s been used to.

Poppy is not yet spayed so will come with a neutering contract which is non negotiable and must be carried out at our vets at either the Stafford, Stone or Bloxwich branch.

She will be fully vaccinated and up to date with parasite treatment.

Here is the write up from Rachel:

Poppy

is coming on leaps and bounds, she's very much like a bambi on her spindly legs.....from a little timid soul, frightened of everyone and everything, she's now evolving into a confident little ball of energy....although getting much better, dislikes loud noises, blender, lawn mower, this will take time.....she is getting on really well with house training, a few mishaps, but is adapting extremely well to a different loving environment...as she is so young, she now needs a furever home to truly bring out the best in her, she is gawjuss! Has found the sofa, can run upstairs, but, still very scared of venturing downstairs.......she loves fuss!, but you need not to overwhelm her, let her come to you.....she does enjoy her walks, is quite relaxed, but had boundless energy, as she is so young.

Once on the sofa she's learnt that this is where more snuggles happen,  which she's loves.....she's been learning that life is not restricted, not scarey, and at times life has been overwhelming.......she mixes extremely well with the others, this quiet home had given her security, and invaluable time to adapt, feel secure, and start to enjoy love, somethings she's not experienced before.....within her first week , was absolutely heartbreaking seeing such a young pup, be so scared, introverted, but now what a difference!

She will require a home where she will be smothered in love, she needs more ongoing training, and lots of patience, a quieter home, would be awesome, but will need to burn off her boundless energy with longer walks, runs, as she's so young.

Adoption fee and homecheck required, so a distance of 30miles maximum of Stafford.
